IN SHORT: Which of Arphiolas customer categories does your company fit?

Customers:

Arphiola offers three basic customer contracts to our customers:

  • Cash & Carry
  • Revenue Share
  • Preferred Partner Deal

These contracts each have their PRO's and CON's, and are adapted to fit the different needs of our customers.

A brief introduction to the different contract types:

Cash & Carry
You as the customer will purchase our products on an item by item basis and charged accordingly.

Revenue
Share Split risk/split profit deal. You as the customer will receive the products you order, where they are to be paid with an initial fee, and then Arphiola will receive a royalty from each transaction involving the purchased product. Unless otherwise stated in the contract the revenue share agreement is valid for the entire product lifecycle.

Preferred Partner Deal
Arphiola grants the customer full access to our database which contains over 15.000 song titles divided on the most commonly used mono and poly formats (We offer products in 20 different sound formats). Furthermore full access is granted to our graphical and java games database which consists of several 1000's of products divided on the most commonly used graphical formats including video and java formats. The preferred partner deal is a revenue-share based agreement with a stipulated minimum monthly fee including a predefined number of no-cost orders of ring tones (both mono and poly) as well as selected graphical formats.

Arphiola is constantly looking to expand our content portfolio with cutting edge and entertainment products.
Being a Arphiola Content Supplier enables you, as a supplier, access to the complete Arphiola customer portfolio among which you will find both multi-national  service providers as well as access to the worlds leading operators.
Any content added to the database will be offered to our customers and be added in the revenue generation process where by Arphiola enables a supplier to focus on content production while Arphiola handles content distribution and revenue collection.
